It’s confirmed that Huawei P60 Pro will debut as a game changer in the mobile camera industry and there’s a new leak that hints that the phone will come with a relatively large camera bump.

According to the phone sketch coming from Weibo, Huawei P60 Pro will have a dual-layer camera bump and it could be something different from past launches.

Before we talk about the bump, let’s enroll in the design. It shows a rectangular module with round edges on each corner. Looking at the lens cutout, there is one square on the top left, and one round on the top row alongside the LED flash.

Then, there’s a large circle in the middle, which is likely to be the main camera. Lastly, a periscope camera on the bottom left side for zoom. The 2D view of the entire camera arrangement is simple and plain but the side view tells a different story.

The rectangular design is the first bump and the second one is that large circle in the middle. Therefore, the entire camera system is increased two-fold in width. It would also make Huawei P60 Pro with the thickest camera module (physically). Also, the size of the camera is covering about 1/3rd of the overall height.

Past Design:

Even Huawei P30 Pro, Mate 30 Pro, P40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro, P50 Pro, and Mate 50 Pro comes with a simple one-layer bump design but P60 Pro is meant to do something completely different.

However, we would like to know how rocky this phone will become on a table if you place it facing the rear. For now, we can’t verify the sketch or the information but the sketch seems quite accurate.

Aside from these, the Huawei P60 series will launch on March 23 and we’re just a week away from this grandest unveiling event. Read more in the article linked below.
