Huawei launches Green 1-2-3 Solution for energy efficiency in ICT technologies
During the Huawei Green ICT Summit in Barcelona, the Chinese tech maker launched the Green 1-2-3 Solution for energy efficiency and the development of ICT technologies.
In the “Green 1-2-3” solution, Huawei explains “1” a set of indicator systems around green development and network construction, “2” means taking into account two scenarios of high energy efficiency and ultra-low energy consumption, and “3” means a three-layer systematic solution from site, network, and operation construction plan.
Peng Song, President of ICT Strategy & Marketing of Huawei, delivered a keynote speech entitled “Green & Development, Choosing Not to Choose”.
The ICT industry seems to be faced with the tough choice to either go green or develop. However, we believe the industry can choose not to choose, and instead go green and develop simultaneously ” Peng said.

At the MWC 2023 exhibition, Huawei will also launch solutions based on these concepts, contributing to the green development of ICT basic networks.
